AMY LOVE
“Super model turns heads while beating opponents.”
Height: 5-foot-10
Weight: 135 pounds
Hometown: Houston, Texas
Amy Love has graced many high fashion photo shoots, but all that
time posing in front of a camera leaves her looking for a way to
release her tensions. So, she’s turned to professional wrestling, where
she can work out her frustrations on her opponents.
“When I’m on a photo shoot, I’m every man’s desire,” she says,
flashing the smile that has made her a small fortune. “When I’m in the
ring, I’m every woman’s worst nightmare. And I’m still sexy as hell.”
A six-year ring veteran who has worked for dozens of wrestling
promotions, Amy has always loved the wrestling business, even
working the concession stands at shows so she could watch the
matches. She broke into the business as a valet for Eddie Cobain, but
her competitive streak led her to begin training.
She wrestled men for much of her early career, earning a reputation
for fearlessness that belies her good looks. Soon, she was locking up
with the best competitors on the independent circuit, where fans
dubbed her “Hot Ass” Amy Love. She’s even tangled with former WWE
women’s champion Wendi Richter.
“I never stop learning,” she says. “The only way to improve in
wrestling is to work with the best. That’s why I’m working with MLW.”
Amy is deceptively strong for a super model. And while she often is a
fan favorite, she admits to a mean streak that leads her to take
shortcuts enroute to a victory. Her eyes seem to glaze over as she
batters and bruises her foes with an array of moves that range from
highly technical to vicious street fighting.
“Sometimes, I just go a little nuts,” she declares. “I’ll just start beating
on the other girl, really pounding her into the mat. When I hear her
moaning in pain, or begging for mercy, it’s almost as good as posing
for Playboy.”
Her finisher is the Dolce double-arm DDT, which when properly
applied leaves her opponents stunned and unable to avoid the pin.
“Let’s be honest,” she says with a flip of her stylish hair. “Most of the
other women in wrestling are jealous of me. That’s just too bad. I have
killer looks, yes, but I also have a killer instinct. Climb into the ring with
me and I’ll prove it.”
